“The life attitude of ‘no more, no less, just right’ is a state of seeking happiness in balance. It is also a proposition that is both generous and restrained, and pursues the idea that ‘everything can advance or retreat within its limits’.”

The client is such an “life expert”, who has a pair of eyes that discover beauty and feel the magnificence of nature. "

One day while walking by the river, one may come across a few river stones. Their edges had been smoothed by years of erosion, but they were of different colors and shapes, and could just be used as unique chopstick holders on the dining table.

This is the leisure and freedom that money cannot buy.

When we took over the project, partial construction had already started on site. The MEP project, especially the large-scale framework for air-conditioning and fresh air, needs to be completely sorted out before a reasonable solution is proposed.

The project is located in a private and quiet residential area in the city. We rearrange the layout according to natural spatial structure of the house.

The basement is in contact with the soil and is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is naturally suitable as a therapy spa room. The calm atmosphere can make people calm down. The first floor is in contact with the front hall, atrium and backyard, and nature and the changes of the seasons are in rhythm, making the public space more pleasant.

The second floor is relatively private and does not have the heat and exposure of the top floor, making it suitable for the master's bedroom space. The view on the third floor is the best, and with the blessing of skylight, the overall view is spacious and suitable for chatting and studying.

Living in the right place makes this house particularly down-to-earth and comfortable.
